Announcing the 2015 USC Research Enhancement Fellows

by Justine Saquilayan

Each spring semester, the Graduate School recognizes the Ph.D. students who have been named USC Research Enhancement Fellows.

These competitive fellowships are designed to provide additional opportunities for outstanding Ph.D. students in any field whose research requires work in particularly complex or distant settings, expertise in languages classified by the federal government as “less commonly taught,” or other unusual expenses for activities that are essential for the student’s research.

This year’s Fellows hope to conduct extensive research in around the world, ranging anywhere from Boston to collaborate with medical researchers, Greenland to create immersive cinematic experiences on climate change, and Turkey to study the societal effects of the digitization of television.

We congratulate them on their many achievements and wish them well!
